January 30, 2006 - Kaplan IT Learning Promotes Theresa Lundquist to Lead Perfect Access Speer.
Atlanta, January 30, 2006 – Kaplan IT Learning, a leader in IT certification preparation and learning and a division of Kaplan, Inc., has promoted Theresa Lundquist to Vice President and General Manager to lead the global operations of Perfect Access Speer. Perfect Access Speer, a division of Kaplan IT Learning, is a leader in software education and consulting, specializing in the legal industry. Lundquist will oversee all operations and management, including sales, marketing, product development, field operations and applications.
"Theresa is a veteran of the legal industry and learning space. She brings a breadth of experience in developing, leading and running a business," said Chip Schuneman, President of Kaplan IT Learning. "Her experience in the legal industry will be particularly valuable as Perfect Access Speer develops additional offerings and launches into new industry segments."
Lundquist moves into this role after serving 22 years in the education sector. For nearly 10 years, Lundquist has held a variety of management positions within the Perfect Access Speer organization, including most recently, consultant and business operations executive.
Lundquist is a frequent speaker in the legal industry, at leading conferences such as the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) conference. She is also the author of several published articles on the power of learning in the legal industry, including Training Tailored for the Busy Attorney, and The Strategic Link to Learning.
Lundquist earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern College. She will be based in Atlanta.
