Kaplan's Transcender Adds Performance-Based Simulations to Award-Winning Microsoft® Practice Exams
Atlanta, September 14, 2005 – Transcender, a leader in exam preparation software for IT certification tests and a part of Kaplan IT, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kaplan, Inc., today released several performance-based simulations within its award-winning practice exams for both the Microsoft Windows Server™ 2003 70-290 and 70-291 tests. The simulations will more closely align with Microsoft's recently released simulations included in its new testing system.
In March 2005, Microsoft Corporation introduced simulations into two Microsoft Windows Server™ 2003 exams:
- Exam 70-290: Managing and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Environment
- Exam 70-291: Implementing, Managing, and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Network Infrastructure

Transcender has been working with the solution developer who wrote the Microsoft simulations, ensuring the most realistic practice simulations within Transcender's practice exam software. Each Transcender practice exam will include six robust simulations.
